About Word Cross
Word Cross sits between a crossword and an anagram. You are given a small pool of letters and an empty interlocking grid, and every word you can spell from those letters fills one of the slots. The pleasure is in the constraint: six letters might produce twelve valid words, and finding the last two is a genuine test of how thoroughly you can recombine what is in front of you.
Because the grid interlocks, each word you place gives you free letters in the crossing slots.
