The short version
Vzzle’s functional features use three localStorage entries, all first-party, none of which leave your device. Google tags and game providers may use cookies as described below.
Cookies enter the picture in three situations: advertising served by Google, analytics (Google Analytics 4, which tells us which pages people read), and pressing Play on a game. All three are described below in detail.
Cookies and browser storage
A cookie is a small file a website stores on your device and sends back to a server with each request, which is what makes cookies useful for tracking. localStorage is a similar store, but its contents are never automatically transmitted anywhere; a site can only read it with code running on your device.
Vzzle uses localStorage for the preferences listed below and does not transmit those entries to its servers.
Essential and functional storage (first-party)
Set by Vzzle, never transmitted, and always active because the site cannot remember your basic preferences without them.

Advertising cookies (third-party)
Vzzle may show ads through Google AdSense. Advertising services may use cookies on this domain or their own domains for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and personalisation.
Where a Google privacy message is shown, use it to review your choices. The footer’s Privacy & cookie settings control reopens an applicable European consent message when available. Browsing or pressing Play does not give consent to advertising or analytics cookies. Declining does not stop you browsing Vzzle; ad availability and personalisation may change.

These are examples from Google’s published cookie information; they are not a record of cookies set on every visit. Cookies and their lifetimes depend on your region, browser and privacy choices. Google’s current list is available at business.safety.google/adscookies. You can control personalisation directly at Google Ads Settings.
Game cookies (third-party, set when you press Play)
Games are not hosted by us. Most load in an iframe from Playgama; Numicolor loads from numicolor.com. They load only after you click the Play button: this is why we do not autoload games, and it is a deliberate privacy decision rather than only a performance one.
Once a game is running it may set its own cookies and storage in order to:
- save your progress, levels and settings within that game
- serve advertising inside the game itself
- collect the developer’s own analytics
We have no visibility into or control over this data. It is governed by Playgama’s privacy policy and by the individual developer’s policy. If you would prefer no game cookies at all, do not press Play, browsing game pages, reading guides and using every other part of this site sets none.
Analytics cookies (third-party)
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which games and guides people actually read, how they arrived, and how they use Play, Restart, favorites and sharing. It tells us about traffic in aggregate. It is not used to build a profile of you, and we do not combine it with advertising data.
Analytics storage starts denied for every visitor, before Google tags load. Google Analytics may send measurements without cookies in this state. It may set the following cookies on this domain only after a supported consent update grants analytics storage. Without such an update, storage remains denied. We use Google’s aggregate reports.

Google’s use of IP addresses is described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics across sites that use it with Google’s official opt-out browser add-on. Google’s consent message can update analytics storage when its analytics consent option is configured. The default does not assume that a message has been published or that you have agreed, and the site does not grant consent automatically.
What we deliberately do not use
The site also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for page views and performance measurements. Read about this separate browser beacon in our Privacy Policy.
To be explicit about the absences, because they are choices:
- No social media pixels: no Meta pixel, no TikTok pixel, no LinkedIn insight tag.
- No heatmapping or session recording.
- No newsletter tracking. Vzzle has no newsletter signup.
- No fingerprinting or attempt to identify you without storage.
Managing and deleting cookies
To change your advertising choice: use the privacy choices in Google’s message or the footer’s Privacy & cookie settings control when available. For applicable US privacy choices, use Google’s Do not sell or share link when shown. You can also clear site data for https://vzzle.com in your browser. You can change personalisation in Google Ads Settings.
To remove everything we store: clearing site data also deletes your saved games and theme preference.
To block cookies generally: every major browser lets you block or delete cookies in its privacy settings: see the help pages for Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge. Blocking all cookies will not break Vzzle, though it may affect games that save progress.
