Before you write

A little context makes almost every message faster to resolve, and in some cases saves you waiting for a reply at all.

If a game will not load

The games on Vzzle are hosted by their original developers and delivered through a third-party platform, so an outage is usually on their side rather than ours. Before writing, it is worth trying the two things that fix most reports: disable any ad blocker or privacy extension for this site, since several of them block the game frame along with advertising, and try a different browser. If the game still will not start, tell us which game, which browser and which device, and whether you saw an error. That is enough for us to reproduce it, and if a game is genuinely broken we remove the listing rather than leave you clicking a dead Play button.

If you want to suggest a game

We are always looking, and suggestions from people who actually play puzzles are more useful than anything we find by browsing rankings. Send a link and a sentence on why it is good. Two things weigh most heavily in our selection: whether the game is fair: no unwinnable boards, no difficulty that comes from withholding information you needed, and whether it adds something the catalogue does not already have. A fifth Mahjong variant has a much higher bar to clear than the first game in a genre we do not yet cover.

If we have got something wrong

Corrections are genuinely welcome. Developers update their games, and a control scheme or difficulty description that was accurate when we wrote it can quietly go stale. Point us at the page and tell us what is wrong; we will check it, fix it, and update the date on the page so readers can see it was reviewed.

If you are a rights holder

We take copyright seriously and we do not argue about it: if you own a game listed here and want it removed, we will remove it. Using the format on our DMCA page gets a faster response because it includes everything we need to act immediately, without a round trip asking for the specific URLs.

What we cannot help with

Two things come up often enough to be worth stating plainly. We cannot recover lost progress in a game: saves are held by the game itself in your browser, not by us, so clearing your browser data or switching device resets them and there is nothing on our side to restore. And we cannot process refunds or purchases, Vzzle sells nothing and takes no payments, so any transaction inside a game is between you and that game’s developer.

Response times

Vzzle is run by a small team, so please allow two to three working days for a reply. Copyright and rights enquiries are prioritised and handled faster. We read everything that arrives, including the messages that are just telling us a guide was useful.
